Register for the 2025-2026 Lanier Longhorn Marching Band season!

Did you miss the cutoff to register for the 2025-2026 Marching Band season but are still interested in being a part of Marching Band? Don’t worry, we’ve got you!  You can email lanierbandhelp@gmail.com for assistance! 


Sports Physicals Required!

Lanier High School requires all student athletes (this includes marching band) to sign consent forms and upload physicals through RankOne.com. Physicals must be completed and uploaded into RankOne before band camp!  Don’t wait until the last minute.   Get them in as soon as possible.


Here are the steps to complete:


  • To sign consents and upload the physicals, visit www.rankone.com/content/ or by visiting the Athletics page on the Lanier High School website
  • If visiting Rank One, click "Parents Click Here" > Forms > Georgia > Gwinnett County Schools. Then review the instructions and click Proceed to Online Forms. 
  • If visiting the Lanier High School website, scroll down the page, on the right side click the link to print the physical form.  
  • Print and take this form to your doctor’s office or a clinic like Kroger's Little Clinic.
  • Once completed, you will upload the form to RankOne and the school will approve.


Band Camp Supplies Needed!

Families, there are items we need to make band camp a success for the kids.  We are requesting that each family send one case of water AND either a case of sports drinks or a box of snacks for the kids. Items can be dropped off at the June band camp workshops, or the first day of band camp (July 14th)!


Donations needed from band families for band camp: 

  • packs of water
  • sports drinks
  • snacks


Meals to Mission Fundraiser - Now Open!

Today's Meals to Missions textathon kickoff was a blast! Students contacted some of their closest family and friends to raise money for our amazing cause of packing meals for needy families around Sugar Hill and the southeast. Within just a few hours we have raised over $4,000! If your student wasn't at practice today, please make sure they get registered and start sending out texts, emails, or making calls this week so we can raise even more! We will be validating registrations and contact lists at the 6/23 practice.

In Search Of Chest Freezer for Concessions!

We are in search of a chest freezer for our Concessions area.  Our current freezer has unfortunately died and must be replaced prior to the start of the new season.  If you, or someone you know, has one they are willing to donate to the band, please send an email to lanierbandhelp@gmail.com.  Thank you!

The new 2025-2026 Google Photo Album is up and running. There are only a few pics on there now, but it will start filling up during band camp. Please read the album notice before adding or downloading photos.

Parents’ Night Out!

Join us for our next Parents’ Night out on June 20 at 6:30 pm by Indio Brewery in Downtown Sugar Hill!  Parents’ Night Out is a great way to meet fellow parents with kids in the Lanier Band program and make new friends!  We look forward to seeing you all there!

Fundraising!

Arena Volunteers

We have fundraising opportunities at the Gas South Arena available monthly!  Last month, alone, our band families raised $4,212.92 toward student accounts and our band's general fund!  No experience is needed.  You can find all information about attendance requirements, pay breakdown, uniform expectations, parking, etc in the BoosterHub section for volunteers.  Under volunteer opportunities you will find an arena option.  Please read all the information provided and if you are interested in working shifts then add your name to the list of volunteers and you will find yourself in the Arena chat where we post schedules, ask for shifts and receive confirmations.  We have currently placed our requests for their June calendar but July will be here before you know it.  Any additional questions, please email Missy (missystocks@gmail.com).

Sign up for Kroger's Community Rewards program! Visit Kroger's website to sign up. Search for Lanier Band Booster Association. 4% of your weekly Kroger spend on groceries will be donated to the band automatically!
