July 22 - Band Camp All Sections Mandatory - 9:00 am - 9:00 pm

(Theme: Anything But A Water Bottle Day - Time to think outside the bottle.)

July 23 - Band Camp All Sections Mandatory - 9:00 am - 9:00 pm

(Theme: Sectional Pride Day.)

July 23 - DAY CHANGE! Parent Preview - Exhibition Performance 6:30 pm @ The Ranch, All family & friends are invited!

July 24 - End of Band Camp Party @ Buford Dam Park Beach - 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm  

July 25 - Senior Band Photos - 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, See SignUp Genius for details.

July 31 - NEW DAY ADDED! All Sections Mandatory - 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Band Camp!

The first week of band camp was a huge success. Thank you to all that came and volunteered.  Week two is off to a great start!  Please check BoosterHub for Volunteer Opportunities.

Band camp meal donations are still needed.  Please check the SignUp Genius.  It has been updated to include the additional dinner:  SignUp Genius for Band Camp Meals .

If there are any families that live in the River Falls neighborhood, please contact Kat Justice for possible usage of the pool for the party on Thursday, July 24th.

Meals to Missions Fundraiser

Thank you to all our staff, students and volunteers who made our Meals to Missions Meal-Packing Party a huge success on Thursday! Due to everyone's hard work, our students were able to pack 10,000 meals that will benefit needy families around Sugar Hill as well as Harlan, KY. 

It's not too late to get donations! If you have any friends, family, coworkers, or other folks in your network who love to support our kids, be sure to send them a follow-up text with your student's link. Don't forget, some of the money goes toward feeding hungry families, and a portion goes toward your student's dues!

Spirit Night at Tacos & Tequilas!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Spirit Night at Tacos & Tequilas and supporting the band!  It was a great turnout!  Details coming soon on our next Spirit Night!

Parents’ Night Out!

Join us for our next Parents’ Night Out on August 16 at 6:30 pm by Indio Brewery in Downtown Sugar Hill!  Parents’ Night Out is a great way to meet fellow parents with kids in the Lanier Band program and make new friends!  This is a casual, drop in type of  event where everyone comes as they are and spends time with friends.  9th Grade parents, this is a great way to meet other parents with students in the Marching Band.   We look forward to seeing you all there!

Own a Part of Lanier History

We are excited to offer current marchers and alums the opportunity to own a part of Lanier Marching Band history!  Old marching jackets will be sold for $15 through July 19th.  They will be bagged by name and can be picked up during any band camp event July 21st-July 25th.  Sizes will be given at random.  Purchases can be made through the BoosterHub store.   https://lanierband.boosterhub.com/store/5335/26931
